Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing sales@newbuildingsbrewery.com. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.
Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You may return your item in one of the following ways:
- In Person: Drop off the item at either The Greyhound Pub or The New Plough Inn during their regular opening hours.
- By Post: Return the item via postal service to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached, where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds & Replacements
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the customer may choose either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A replacement product, subject to availability.
